Remote sales for OnlyFans creators

Uavie, a management agency based in Switzerland, is hiring remote sales agents aged 18 and over to work with OnlyFans creators. You’ll chat in English with subscribers and sell paid creator content in an adult-content setting. No previous sales experience is needed; full training is provided.

What you’ll do

You work remotely on your laptop or PC, chatting in English with subscribers on the creator’s page. Your goal is to sell additional paid content through games, sexting sessions and roleplay. This is an adult-content sales role, so you need to be comfortable with that context.

Your schedule

Each shift lasts eight hours and includes a 30-minute break. All shift times below are Serbia local time.

You choose the daytime, evening or overnight shift that fits you best rather than being assigned a shift. The regular full-time schedule is five working days a week, with an optional sixth day. Flexibility means choosing your shift; you still need to be available throughout your agreed working hours.

This is primarily a full-time role, not a casual side job alongside another full-time job. A part-time start may be considered if you show potential, with a view to moving into full-time work. You need enough time to commit to training and your agreed work schedule.

  • Shift 1: 09:00–17:00 — solid daytime option
  • Shift 2: 17:00–01:00 — stronger sales window
  • Shift 3 — prime shift: 01:00–09:00

Uavie says shifts 2 and 3 account for most of the team’s sales because the majority of subscribers are based in the US. Shift 2 catches US daytime and early evening activity; shift 3 overlaps US afternoon and evening hours and is the team’s strongest sales window. Uavie also highlights the quality of the leads available to its sales team. If maximising sales is your priority and later hours suit you, these are the shifts the team recommends.

Shift 1 is still a solid daytime option. Uavie reports several team members earning USD 1,500–2,500 a month on this shift (approximately RSD 157,000–262,000). These are individual results, not a starting salary or guaranteed minimum. Earnings vary with sales performance, the assigned account and subscriber activity.

Shift 3 in US time — most of the year
US time zoneLocal hours
Eastern (New York)19:00–03:00
Pacific (Los Angeles)16:00–00:00

Both US windows start on the previous calendar day. 00:00 means midnight.

Around the different US and European clock-change dates, these US windows are generally one hour later: 20:00–04:00 Eastern and 17:00–01:00 Pacific. Confirm the date-specific times with the team around clock changes.

Training from scratch

Most people join with no previous sales experience. Uavie’s Europe-based coaching staff trains you from scratch through a course that covers the work from A to Z and sales roleplay sessions with a trainer. You learn the fundamentals, practise conversations and receive feedback as you develop your skills.

You do not need to arrive with sales experience. What matters most is being coachable: listening to feedback, asking questions and being willing to practise. A real desire to improve and get better matters more than what you have done before. Strong written English is still a requirement for the role.

Commission, bonuses and payments

Commission is 6–12% of sales, plus bonuses for meeting daily and monthly sales targets. Payments are made every two weeks.

New team members start at the lower end of the commission range and work their way up. Some beginners start at 6%. Higher rates are earned through sales performance, coachability, putting feedback into practice and consistent effort. Strong performers who apply the coaching may progress to an 8–10% rate in around three months. A higher commission rate combined with stronger sales can increase earnings substantially. Increases are earned, not automatic or guaranteed by a fixed date.

According to Uavie, average monthly earnings across its remote sales team are around USD 2,000–2,300 (approximately RSD 209,000–241,000). At the lower end, including for beginners, reported earnings are around USD 1,500 a month (approximately RSD 157,000). These are reported team averages and ranges, not expected first-month earnings. You may earn less while training and learning the work.

At the higher end, Uavie reports team members earning USD 3,500–5,000 or more a month (approximately RSD 366,000–524,000 or more).

There is no fixed salary or guaranteed monthly minimum; results vary with sales performance, the assigned account and subscriber activity.
