We interviewed two members of the sales team who recently joined. Here is what they have to say:
Irina’s story:
“Before I started working in remote sales, I was a waitress in Belgrade while going to college. The hours were long, and the pay felt low for how much of my time the job took. I spent shifts walking between tables, looking after customers and helping close the restaurant. I could finish at midnight or one in the morning. The work was physically and mentally draining for me, and I often went home exhausted, with little time or energy left for anything else.
Then a friend told me about Uavie’s remote sales work. I thought, ‘Why not give it a try?’ They provided training, so I did not need previous sales experience. I applied and joined in August 2026. The role is remote sales for OnlyFans creators: I write in English on their behalf, talk to subscribers and offer paid content. It involves adult content.
My trainer helped me every day, giving feedback, getting on calls with me and showing me how the work fitted together. I could watch experienced teammates and ask questions. The training was detailed, so I had a clear place to start. After about a week and a half of learning, I was feeling more confident and making good sales.
The people made that easier. There are Serbian, Romanian and Georgian colleagues on the team, and they have been helpful. Having Serbian teammates I can ask questions matters to me. I can watch how someone more experienced handles a conversation, talk through mistakes and take that guidance into my next one.
I like that commission connects my sales results with what I earn. In the restaurant, I could give great service and work really hard, but it made little difference to my pay. Tips helped, but they did not change things very much. Here, better sales can mean more commission. That gives me a reason to keep practising and improving, even though my results can vary.
I am also not starting every conversation from a blank page. The company has prepared scripts and a sales strategy that I can learn to use. For me, working from home on my laptop feels much easier than being on my feet in the restaurant all day and staying late to close. The work still needs focus and judgment, but I find it less physically tiring and easier to manage. I value the team’s support when I need help.
There are day, evening and overnight shifts. I prefer evenings because I can fit work around classes. Working from home on my own computer gives me more room to organise my week, while still having an agreed roster and responsibilities throughout the shift.
In my first month, after the initial learning period, I spent about two and a half weeks actually working on the creator pages. I earned a little over USD 800, or approximately RSD 84,000. In those first few weeks, I had made roughly what I used to earn in a full month as a waitress. I was doing it from the comfort of home on my own laptop, without the hours on my feet or the restaurant closing duties. I had started with no sales experience.
In September I made USD 1,500, approximately RSD 157,000, and in October USD 1,700, approximately RSD 178,000. Seeing my results improve from month to month felt good. I was building a skill I did not have before, and I could see that progress in my commissions.
So far in November, I have been making around USD 100 a day, approximately RSD 10,500. The month is still in progress. I want to keep learning from experienced teammates and use that feedback in the conversations I am handling.
I also referred a friend who started working with the company, and I received a USD 150 referral bonus, approximately RSD 15,700. It was another positive part of the experience: I could tell someone I knew about the work and receive a bonus when they joined.
What I appreciate most is having a team that helps me improve. I am proud of the progress so far, and I want to keep getting better.”
Irina’s results are reported by Uavie, not a typical or guaranteed income. RSD amounts are rounded illustrations using the NBS rate on 4 November 2026 (USD 1 = RSD 104.7020), not historical payout conversions. NBS exchange rate.
Marko came from a different kind of long working day: early starts on construction sites and physically demanding work that left him worn out. After seeing a Facebook advertisement from Uavie, he decided to explore remote sales. Six months later, the agency describes him as one of its stronger salespeople. Here is his story.
Marko’s story:
“Before remote sales, I worked in construction and earned around USD 1,000 a month, approximately RSD 105,000. I would be up at four or five in the morning to get to the site. The days were long, often out in the rain and cold, and by the time I came home I was worn out. I could make a living, but I started asking myself whether I wanted to keep doing that kind of work for the next forty years.
One day I saw a Facebook advertisement from Uavie looking for salespeople. I thought I would sign up and see what it was about. The role was remote sales for OnlyFans creators: talking to subscribers in English and selling paid content in an adult-content setting. I decided to give the training a try.
At first, I fitted the training into my afternoons after construction work and started working evening shifts. I was learning while still keeping my old job. It was a busy transition, but it let me see what the work involved and how my own results were developing before I made a full-time change.
The first few weeks were about learning the work, using the training and getting feedback. My results built up over time. I did not start out earning what I make now.
After about two months, I was making around USD 1,500 to USD 2,000 a month, approximately RSD 157,000–209,000. That was already more than my old construction pay, and seeing that progress gave me more confidence in the change of direction.
I have now been with Uavie for about six months. My monthly earnings now average around USD 2,500 to USD 3,000, approximately RSD 262,000–314,000, depending partly on which shifts I work. That is more than twice what I used to earn in construction, while working from home. It took time and practice to get here; these are my own results, and they vary from month to month.
The evening shift gives me a rhythm I really like. I log in at 17:00 and finish at 01:00, Serbia time. I usually go to sleep around 01:30 or 02:00 and wake up around 09:00 or 10:00. I no longer have to get up before dawn to travel to a construction site.
Before work, I can go to the gym, spend time with friends and family, or visit my grandmother. Then at five in the afternoon I sit down at my computer and start my shift. Having that part of the day to myself has made a real difference to my routine.
I work five days a week and often choose weekend shifts as part of those five days. In months when I do not work weekends, I tend to earn around USD 2,500, approximately RSD 262,000. In months when I include weekend shifts, I can reach around USD 3,000 or more, approximately RSD 314,000 or more. The higher commission available on my weekend shifts has helped me earn more, although the sales I make still matter.
It was the progress in my own results that gave me the confidence to make the change. I had been looking for a direction that would let me build a different skill and earn a living with less physical strain. For me, the earnings and the everyday routine have both been a positive change.”
What remote sales is
In this role, remote sales combines one-to-one conversations with selling paid creator content. On OnlyFans, that means writing in English on behalf of a creator, building rapport with subscribers and offering content they may want to buy. The role involves adult content and is for adults aged 18 and over.
For Irina, the biggest change was where the work happened: at home on a laptop, rather than on her feet in a restaurant. A working day revolves around messages, reading the conversation and deciding how to respond. Written English and learning to understand the person behind a message are central to the work.
Training from scratch
Most people join without previous sales experience. Uavie provides training from scratch, with a course covering the work from A to Z and a trainer who helps you practise and improve. What matters is being coachable and wanting to learn.
